FAIL — W8 is the wrong floor and IMG_1221 context is provisional

W8 / IMG_1219 is the sixth-floor plan. Room 714 is on the seventh floor, so a direct IMG_0931-to-W8 fit would be a floor-category error. W8 may inform shared building axes only through existing project conventions; it cannot place Room 714 millwork. The existing Room 714 polygon has 3.25-foot conservative uncertainty and unreviewed finish faces. IMG_0931 supplies wall-specific millwork plans/elevations but no accepted common controls, no scale-bearing whole-room plan and no checked orientation correspondence.
