The measured building.

Every dimension belongs to an object and a drawing. Original room numbers, object marks, printed values and source regions stay together—even when the answer is unresolved.

464 of 464 photographs have extraction records, containing 27,517 properties. Initial image review is not exhaustive extraction: 0 photographs have passed the full-region check. 66 numbered sheets are reconciled. Modeling and architectural registration are separate work; these counts do not establish a complete building.

Broadway elevation

Original sheet identity has not yet been reconciled.

Extraction: Reviewed · extraction partial. Partial: façade opening identities/counts and selected printed datums. Drawing number, registration and opening dimensions still unresolved. Reuse of existing text/registered property data only; no new image review. Main upper wall corners and visible floor datum courses. 69 previously identified Broadway opening instances, individually repicked visible envelopes. Main coping/parapet/cornice/frieze/F3 belt envelopes. Basement dashed windows, sidewalk/finish-grade guide lines, visible boiler reference. Text-first physical-pilot gate 3 audit; existing reviewed plan, elevation and section records reused without reopening an archival image. Page-right 4/11 metric/cardinal conflict audit; Existing B02 visible elevation envelope, master pixels about x1199–1298/y1311–1437; opening mark was not independently decoded from this elevation. Page-right 4/11 metric/cardinal conflict audit; Existing B09 visible envelope, master pixels x2763–2864/y1318–1444; metric alternative only, not a confirmed key match. Page-right 4/11 metric/cardinal conflict audit; Right-end street label fixes right as south/Madison. Partial timed visual review: Text-only prior evidence inventory; catalogue labels are discovery-only and prior verified identity retained. Partial timed visual review: Source-local architectural evidence only; no physical registration, installed quantity or accepted geometry. Existing verified measurements omitted; conflicting locator readings preserved. Partial timed visual review: Bounded target crop inspection; source-local printed/observed evidence only.

Unresolved extraction work
  • Physical plan registration: No readable horizontal station chain or overall width occurs in the three assigned full elevation photographs. All station_ft, width_ft, height_ft, sill/head values remain null. Register traces to separately extracted foundation/floor-plan controls before 3D physical placement.
  • Main full-elevation count: Assigned IMG_1241 is a lower corner crop. Inspect candidate full Main source separately; archive index titles may be wrong.
  • Sheet numbers: Title blocks omitted or cropped in assigned views. Sheet numbers cannot be responsibly invented from image sequence.
  • Upper level variation: Left-edge F7 chain is 171.75; Madison upper-opening reference is 173.75. Preserve both; do not impose a single universal F7 floor slab. Ambiguous secondary annotation on IMG_1233 not used as separate numeric measurement.
  • Main second-floor label conflict: IMG_1241 prints 125.75 at both second and third floors. Its 21′0″ and 11′6″ chain and IMG_1233's explicit second114.25 contradict the second-floor label.
  • Opening dimension schedules: OCR identifies IMG1250–1252 as upper-story Broadway details, IMG1253–1254 as heavy-type casement windows including basement/penthouse sash. These have not been visually measured in this bounded pass. No exact opening width/height can be inferred from elevation scale alone.
  • Lower envelope and attachment profiles: OCR/index companions identify lower elevations/grilles, balustrades, steps, Broadway/Madison entries. Numeric profile projections remain null pending these details.
  • Rooftop and small ancillary openings: Main-volume counts exclude rooftop stair/penthouse openings, vents, grille subpanels, door leaves, and facade lighting. Separate records required for an exhaustive whole-building object inventory.
  • Sill/head datums: The drawn opening rectangles support approximate image bboxes only. Floor datums are not opening sills or heads. Do not replace missing sill/head values with floor lines.
  • Unreadable minor marks: Some parapet/grade spot levels, window schedule circles, and faint marginal annotations remain unreadable within the four-full-image/eight-crop visual budget. This dataset is a bounded extraction, not a claim that every number in the archive has been transcribed.
  • Remaining details and notes
  • Vertical stone-face continuation and local projections
  • Full wall construction thickness
  • Architectural reveal/window sections
  • Sheet number/titleblock and all drafting notes/details not exhaustively transcribed.
  • Circled window/type marks not reliably legible at bounded review; preserved as null.
  • Coping ornaments, pilaster capitals/fluting, sash subdivision, hardware and grille ornament not metrically extracted.
  • Lower opening portions obscured by railings/terraces have not been reconstructed.
  • No detail-sheet closure, wall section or accepted masonry profile.
  • No independent horizontal control check on this elevation.
  • Identify exact Broadway wall face against plan witness lines and derive X offset.
  • Resolve exterior finish face versus column/wall witness and local pilaster projections.
  • Extract story-dependent wall thickness and setbacks.
  • Resolve cornice, parapet, belt and lower-base projection depths from details/sections.
  • Determine rough masonry versus frame versus clear opening boundaries.
  • A W-6-to-world registration solved from classified, source-picked controls with held-out plan residuals.
  • A page-right/west/Broadway W-6 chain with exact grid/column identifiers and a resolved end-chain transition.
  • A direct plan key tying one W-6 room/opening instance to opening-broadway-F4-B05/broadway-bay-05.
  • A face bridge from the W-6 room-side exterior-wall trace to W403's exterior FACE OF STONE, without assuming wall thickness.
  • A classification of the IMG_1231 visible opening envelope as the same jamb/masonry/frame boundary measured by W-6.
  • One held-out horizontal plan/elevation control with independently known station and comparable endpoints; report its residual and tolerance.
  • Review acceptance of the B05 elevation envelope host and station origin; acceptedHostElementId and acceptedStationFeet must become non-null.
  • Independently decode IMG_1231 fourth-floor opening keys at both B02 and B09 and the relevant W207 orientation/detail mark.
  • Read the W-6 grid names bounding Room 421/4/11, with source-picked axes and a withheld same-class plan/elevation station check.
  • Classify exact plan and elevation opening edges as masonry, finished jamb, frame, sash or clear aperture before comparing width residuals.
  • Tie the W403 outside FACE OF STONE section to the corrected bay and obtain the opposing interior face and complete layer chain.
  • Finished/rough/structural boundary classes and physical source-to-plan registration remain unaccepted.
  • Remaining fine dimensions, all material/finish schedules, notes and historical revisions need regional and companion review.
  • No installed quantity, geometry, as-built state or architectural release is accepted.
  • Rooftop notes and accepted face/roof construction layers
  • Unique W207 bay correspondence and historic opening boundary classes
  • Grille/stone/grade details and regional station correspondence
  • All held-out station checks, revisions and wall-face registration
  • Exact dimensions and witness endpoints not fully extracted
  • Companion-detail, revision and floor/room registration unresolved
  • All-region review and modeling acceptance incomplete
  • Roof-superstructure terra-cotta/copper notes do not establish material or projection depth of main cornice, parapet/frieze bands; all window/frame/clear-width nulls remain open. highpoint-to-coping fractional discrepancy not re-reviewed.
  • Classified finished/rough/masonry/frame witness endpoints and installation registration remain unresolved.
  • Companion drawings, original/revision authority and as-built applicability remain unresolved.
  • Complete remaining notes, courses, profiles, opening construction and whole-source/model acceptance remain outstanding.
