  • Systematic region-by-region extraction of the entire sheet has not been completed.
  • No photograph homography or scale-based trace has been accepted; world X/Z placements, room polygons and physical wall-face coordinates remain absent.
  • South/Madison truck/loading recess, exterior terraces and Main entrance steps require boundary extraction; overall square dimensions do not define the actual first-floor slab.
  • Every individual wall segment, thickness, opening width/height, sill/head, finish surface and ceiling recess needs its own measured record.
  • Shaft clear widths/depths and all elevator openings require detail/cross-sheet checks. Null records prohibit filling them from apparent pixel widths.
